What is the return policy?
At Forby, we take pride in producing high quality items. Please contact us ASAP if you believe your Forby product is damaged or faulty, or if you received the incorrect items. To process a return please see our Returns & Refunds page.
How do I care for my Forby product
Care instructions will differ based on the product. For most of our Forby products, we recommend cold machine wash. Do not bleach. Drip dry in shade.
All of our Forby products have care labels attached to the inside of the garment which will advise on appropriate care instructions.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are Forby products manufactured?
Our Forby products are all designed in Australia and manufactured globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality. All manufacturers we have partnered with have BSCI certification and carefully vetted to ensure ethical and social responsible practices are maintained across the entire supply chain.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
